All sales are subject to vehicle availability and inspection. Pricing is in Brazilian Reais. Each vehicle comes with full documentation and transfer paperwork.

4. Trade-Ins & Financing

Trade-in valuations are provided at time of negotiation. Financing is facilitated through third-party partners subject to credit approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vehicle descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes: courts of Guarulhos, SP.
